These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of srubhi.com (the "Site"), operated by AR Foods ("Srubhi", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and current.

• All product descriptions, weights, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that they are error-free
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice
• In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI/Cards) or accepted as Cash on Delivery, where available.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹499, as indicated on the Site.

Our return, refund, and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on the Site — including the Srubhi name, logo, product photography, packaging design, and text — is the property of AR Foods and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AR Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as Razorpay for payments or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
